  • If a project has not yet started or no deliverables have been shared.

  • If LinkBuilderBD fails to deliver agreed services within the specified timeline (without prior communication).

  • If a duplicate payment is made accidentally.

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • The service (e.g., backlinks, content, outreach) has been delivered or partially completed.

  • Work has begun and resources have been allocated (writer time, outreach cost, etc.).

  • The delay or issue occurred due to client-side reasons such as lack of response, incorrect details, or communication gaps.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered when:

  • The client cancels an ongoing project mid-way.

  • Only a portion of the service has been completed.
